DataHen Canada Inc. and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Research Center Universitas Syiah Kuala, on September 7, 2026. They agree to implement a specific collaboration i.e. the acquisition and processing of institutional information from sources and formats mutually agreed upon and made available or authorized for use in this collaboration. Such information may include documents, news articles, SOPs, regulations, policies, forms, administrative procedures, webpages, and other agreed institutional information. The selected information will be transformed into a structured, standardized, machine-readable, and traceable representation, while maintaining traceability to its original sources and evidence where applicable. The resulting institutional information may be made accessible for use by authorized Artificial Intelligence systems such as ChatBot and AI agents. The implementation may also include the development of pilot AI applications utilizing the infrastructure, including applications to assist users in understanding administrative procedures.
